Q. Do we have to pay up front for the USB Memory Sticks?

A. No matter who your supplier is, most of the physical product will be shipped from overseas.
Only a few major manufacturers in Asia produce the core electronics. The payment terms
Required by these manufactures one 30% deposit - 70% balance paid before shipment.
Since USBNZ has a office located with the manufacturer we have a better system put in place
to control the process and quality assurance.

Q. Will any auto run files I have pre-loaded onto the branded
usb memory sticks work on all PC's?

A. No – Auto run will only work on Win XP and Vista. CARE - some corporate networks restrict
the use of auto runs.

Q. What is the usual delivery time for any order I place with
USBNZ?

A. We are normally able to deliver your order within 15 working days from receipt of a
purchase order and artwork. If you need your branded memory sticks in a hurry it is always
worth calling us as we do hold stock in NZ and we have been able to turn around jobs
using our NZ stock within 48 hours.


Q. I need my products very soon – do you offer urgent service?

A. Yes, we do offer urgent service on some products. Please contact us for these enquiries.


Q. How will USBNZ send my memory sticks to me?

A. We send by standard courier such as Courier Post, or if urgent by same day courier.
All shipments need to be signed for and are fully insured.


Q. What is the minimum order quantity?

A. The minimum order quantity is typically 100 pieces but if you do need less than this please
call us as we may be able to help.


Q. Do you offer any warranty on the branded USB memory sticks
you supply?

A. All of our USB sticks are QA checked before they are shipped to you but in the event of
any failure we do offer a 30 Days manufacturer warranty on all our products.


Q. Will your USB memory stick work with any computer?

A. All of the USB flash drives, memory sticks, USB pens etc. that we supply are based on the
current USB standards and will work on all PCs running Windows ME or later or
Mac OS 8.6 or later. (USB drivers are also available for Windows 98, Windows 98 SE and
Windows NT)
